Please note that the meeting rooms are for the use of all Quayside Quarter residents.  Due to the limited availability of the Meeting Rooms, we can only accept one booking per person per day.

Terms & Conditions

  • To use a Meeting Room, you must book a slot using the booking facility on the Quayside Quarter residents portal. 
  • The Meeting Rooms will be open from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Sunday. 
  • The Meeting Rooms can be booked for half day’s or full day’s for one person or one household and will be restricted to one booking per week. 
  • If you are feeling unwell, please do not use the Meeting Room. 
  • If you are self isolating or restricting your movements in line with HSE COVID guidance you must not use the Meeting Rooms. 
  • Please visit reception to be granted access to the meeting room. You will be asked to sign in/sign out any equipment used e.g. Click Share. 
  • Please use sanitizing wipes provided to clean touch points after use. 
  • The Meeting Room will be cleaned each day by the on site team. 
  • Use of the wider Resident’s Lounge is not permitted as this is subject to a separate booking.  
  • Pet’s are not permitted in the Resident Lounge.
