Welcome to The Liquor Rooms, a subterranean den of delight. The Liquor Rooms is first and foremost a cutting edge cocktail bar, led by Denis Bourbon and his team of creative liquor craftsmen. We are proud to be the first Republic of Ireland bar ever to be nominated in the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards™, and are multiple award-winners at the Irish Craft Cocktail Awards. We aim to please all your senses with gastronomic thrills, liquors to make your tastebuds sing and unexpected happenings to challenge your mind and delight your dancing shoes.
