The Spencer Health Club is located in the 4-star Spencer Hotel, near the IFSC and Dublin’s city centre. Our swimming pool is located at Cardiff Lane, Dublin 2, close to the IFSC and Dublin Docklands, we have one of the largest swimming pools in Dublin City Centre at 22 meters. We also have a children’s pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

Our climbing wall stands at 11m tall and 18m wide with 14 routes which can be used simultaneously along with an overhang to test your lead climbing. Get your body moving upwards at Trinity Sport with routes ranging from beginner to advance there are plenty of opportunities for you to learn and progress your climbing skills.  Swimming Courses
Family Swim takes place every Saturday from 1:45pm and from 3pm and Sunday from 10am with dedicated lane access for you and your family. Each slot provides access for 1x adult and 2x kids, under the age of 16. Two lanes will be designated for family swim with four lanes still available to members for lane swimming.
